Execute the plan with honesty and consistency.

Physique evaluation, goal setting, strengths and weaknesses analysis, body composition review, InBody and body fat measurements.

60-Minute Strategy Session

Target physique goal, milestones, nutrition strategy, training strategy, recovery strategy, and accountability framework.

Nutrition Plan

Customized diet plan, weekly adjustments, macronutrient planning, calorie targets, and meal timing guidance.

Training Program

Advanced H.I.T. training, recovery-focused programming, progressive overload, bodybuilding techniques, and customized cardio.

Coaching Support

Daily communication access, minimum weekly check-ins, weekly consultations, feedback, and personalized adjustments.

Educational Resources

Mentzer Method Vault, nutrition success toolkit, eating-out strategies, travel guidance, and supplement education.

Accountability Requirements

Your check-ins drive your adjustments.

Daily Accountability

The Athlete agrees to track body weight as directed and communicate questions, issues, and adherence honestly.

Weekly Progress Analysis

The Athlete agrees to submit requested progress photos and check-in information so adjustments can be made accurately.

Mid-Program Review - Week 6

Coach and Athlete review progress to date, goal alignment, necessary modifications, and final phase strategy.

Bloodwork & Recovery Review

Educational review only.

Includes bloodwork discussion, recovery marker evaluation, training implications, and general wellness considerations. This is not medical advice or diagnosis.

Peak Week Protocol

For a photoshoot or goal date.

Includes carbohydrate depletion and loading, water manipulation guidance, final conditioning adjustments, and complete peak-week coaching.

Terms you acknowledge before coaching begins.

Athlete Responsibilities

The Athlete agrees to follow coaching instructions, submit progress updates, communicate honestly, track body weight, submit photos when requested, and ask questions when clarification is needed. Results are directly related to adherence and execution. No specific result can be guaranteed.

Missed Payments

If an installment payment becomes more than seven days past due, coaching services, updates, adjustments, and consultations may be suspended until the account is brought current. The Athlete remains responsible for the full balance.

Coaching Commitment

Enrollment secures a reserved coaching position. The Athlete accepts responsibility for the full program investment regardless of participation level, adherence, schedule changes, or early withdrawal.

Health & Risk Disclosure

The Athlete understands that bodybuilding training, dieting, and physique transformation involve inherent risks including strains, fatigue, hormonal fluctuations, cardiovascular stress, metabolic stress, and physical or emotional discomfort.

PED Disclaimer

Pat Necerato and TAP Bodybuilding do not sell, prescribe, recommend, administer, or provide performance-enhancing drugs. Any discussion is strictly educational. The Athlete assumes full responsibility for decisions regarding such substances.

Termination, Refunds & Liability

TAP Bodybuilding may terminate coaching if the Athlete repeatedly fails to communicate, comply, or prevents effective coaching. All fees are non-refundable. The Athlete voluntarily assumes all risks and releases Pat Necerato and TAP Bodybuilding & Personal Training from claims arising from participation.
